FannyByGaslight Report 30 Aug 2010 23:53

Yes I have heard of it and seen it,cant say its my cup of tea AT all...sorry.

But it is rather expensive,(the better quality pieces)or so they said on Antiques Roadshow when they had some on there once.

The clown, he's in AuntyS's in-law tree.

Speaking of whom, I've been meaning to say, she is off assisting in the reno of her daughter's house and says she will return in September. Which it almost is. Hellaciously hot and humid though it is here right now.

JaneyCanuck Report 31 Aug 2010 00:32

Carnival glass is hideous. I have a fake punch bowl set of my mum's, that's enough for me.

I do have a houseful of depression glass and ... that pink blue green yellow eatingware -- petalware.

In Sylvia's absence I am offering either rice crispies with milk and sliced bananas or cream of wheat for breakfast tomorrow. I may make pancakes with maple syrup for Wednesday morning
