Just gotta say how I love seeing Syria offered up as an example to us all.

Googling will find lots more, but you can always start here:

Shall we start torturing people in prison now too?

JC - In England we historically drive on the left hand side of the road, in order to protect our womenfolk. Currently the maximum speed limit is 70 mph.
Our eldest son, living in Canada, abides by your rules of driving on the right, and not exceeding 50 mph.
If we follow your contention he should be able to drive at 70 mph on the left hand side of the road, as it is his heritage.

And a burka when I go to buy a train ticket, just for the hell of it. It's just an experiment in what it's like to feel repressed and subjugated.

It's like living inside a post box, to be honest.

It's okay, Liz 47.

I already know a little basic respect is too much to expect hereabouts.

Oh, btw, I don't know what odd bit of Canada that son lives in. We post speed limits in km/h, and highway speed limits of 100 km/h work out to 62.5 mph ... not that anybody else pays any attention to them, me included ...

Pusser, I like dogs too!
But I suppose when you get a very happy looking dog and the caption 'Emily enjoys fun times with Fido', or 'Fido's favourite place is Emily's bed' - and the rest of the photo is removed - it may make you think!! LOL
Shamaal the Saluki had a fluffy tail, and fluffy ears.
