Make an appointment with Citizens Advice or email Shelter www.shelter.org.uk.

Just a quick update as the site is playing up..I still havent heard anything about moving except that the housing association rang to say that they are still considering me for the bungalow despite still having the tenancy with Brighton, they are waiting for Brighton council to send them a reference to say that I was a good tenant etc....

OHH I am so pleased!!!
Our daughter was a deserted Army wife with two small kiddies, I remember only to well how the Army closed ranks !! and froze her out even though her hubby had moved in next door with another army wife!! She thought her rent was covered but its wasnt (even the the strumpet next door got her rent paid) . She was ordered out of the home they shared and then collared with 4 months back rent, They knew she was a stay at home mum who had been with her hubby in all his billets.our granddaughter was born in Germany!! But seemed to us the Army wasnt bothered who was the guilty party they closed ranks and protected their own.
Still rankles some 25 plus years later.


Anyway enough of my rants !! I am so glad you have come out OK :-D :-D

My little dog is called Buddy....Yes the Army do close ranks..I havent even seen or heard from the Unit welfare Officer...They were supposed to get in touch with me......I can finally say goodbye to the Army, and thanks it was nice knowing you NOT... lol :-D
