Hope you will be as happy as we are in our recently (February) acquired Association bungalow, semi sheltered. We were told about it but there was another couple interested so felt a bit down then got a 'phone call to say not near enough for them to their daughter and when we took a look accepted straight away and took up tenancy two weeks later. we are very luck with good friendly neighbours in the privately owned houses opposite and in the complex. Wishing you all the very best of everything in your new home.

Ouch my fingers are hurting they are crossed so tight for you!!!!

Thanks ladies....I have been packing again today seeing as it is raining...I have packed 50 boxes and still have more!! I didnt realise I had some many things..Alot of it is books.....

Roll on next week..the wait is awful, I just hope they say yes...If they do I don't expect I will be moving for a couple of weeks but at least i've nearly packed...Not looking forward to all the unpacking and the pile of empty boxes I will have...Guess I will have alot of recycling to do!!!

I have thrown alot of things away and given alot to charity shops...Just been sorting through my make up, haven't worn any since i got married..So i have put some on !! I'm only going next door for dinner but I thought i would make an effort.....

Can't wait to have my things around me...

No phone call so far today!! I hope they get a move on as I have only 2 and half weeks left until I have to leave.....
I have been ringing a few removal firms today, got someone coming tomorrow to give me a quote...I bet it will be expensive....

Well still no news!!! Except my so called husband rang the house phone earlier asking if he couild come and copy all his photos from the pc, all 23000 of them, Hes abit late as I had deleted them a couple of weeks ago!! He wasnt very happy, he said I should of used my brain and told him to come and get them, I said he should of asked!! I told him I should be leaving some time soon, he didnt say alot, then he said about thephotos again and I said Oh well and he said oh well and hung up!!

Why should I do him any favours after what he has put me through..
Maybe I should send those dirty pics he took to his CO. Then lets see how he likes that!! :-0

Maybe if you were vindictive you should have done Jules. And how stupid of him to have left the photos on there so long after he 'departed'. I would have deleted them too.

If he keeps pushing me I will!!! They give the RMP a bad name...Those photos he took were the nail in the coffin....They made me feel worthless and disgusted...Its about time he took responsibility for his own actions and stop blaming me..

Right folks, update from Jules by text!

Her o.h. has had the internet cut off so she is now without a computer link, Jules, says it's in retaliation for her wiping his pics.

I will pass on any news I can get by phone as and when things happen but only until the weekend as I will be off line for a week when on holiday up to the 18th/19th.

Hope Jules has heard about the new home by then.

Jules, if you can get internet connected again at your new home, you could advertise the boxes on Gumtree etc after you have unpacked, there is always someone moving who would be glad to pick up a load of cartons.
