I had another message from Jules to say her ex had been round and was nasty to her so she has been in touch with the police who will arrest him if he upsets her again, for breach of the peace.
She has an interview with the Housing Association about the property she hopes to get but even if it goes ok, she won't be able to move in till second week of July. I hope the army will let her stay on till then if she can prove she has the tenancy sorted.

Awww Jules I was catching up on your news and almost wetting myself with excitement for you waiting for the big YES, so to read about your ex being nasty and cutting your internet off was a bummer. Stay strong he isn't worth any tears and anything he throws at you now will only make you stronger.

keeping everything crossed (well I had to so I didn't wee me knickers) for a good result re- housing and the hope that the army will allow you a little while longer where you are. <3

Now it seems like really GOOD news that you and ex have split up. You don't need someone like that in your life 9or antwhere near you).


Very soon you won't have to deal with him at all.
Then you can get on with your life. You will have the fredom to make the choices that suit you.

Hope that you get the place you are waiting for. The wet room sounds great. I know, because I've got one myself.

Hi Guys, thanks for your messages..Im just at my neighbours usig her pc so I can send a message...Not only have i had the civvy police around but the RMP policemen turned up yesterday to take away those disgusting pics that he took..
They have said that it will probably be a disaplinary offence..I hope he gets whats coming to him...As for the bungalow,not good news im afraid as I still have a joint tenancy with my first ex husband the housing ass has said that I will probably not get it!! I have been trying for weeks to get my name removed but they are not interested, they say I have to go to court to get it changed and that will cost lots and take months...To say i'm upset is an understatement, I have been crying since I got back....
I am going to send Brighton council an e-mail stating the circumstances but the lady on the phone said I will be wasting my time....I won't know unless I try...If all else fails I will disolve the tenancy and that will make not only my ex homeless but my daughter to...It is really a hard decision as I don't want to do that to my daughter...But she is 18 now....This is awful i feel so guilty for having no choice to do this....

Sorry this is so long.....I will try and get on line at the weekend as hopefully I can connect to my neighbours wireless...

Gosh Jules, a difficult situation all round.
But hey, you just hang on in there.......it never just rains, it pours........but,... there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to stay strong and believe!!

Goodness Jules how complicated, why had they not told you that before. And why can't you get your name off the joint tenancy without it costing you loads. Besides which if you are still joint tenant you could be liable for any expense connected with the accommodation.

Meant to say I am so glad you have handed those photos over and I hope he gets what he deserves.

Jules, keep your head high and don't give up. Send that email to the council and try and get your name off the tenancy so that you can try for somewhere else.

If all else fails, I assume you have the right to go back to the flat where your 1st ex and daughter are living, then you or he could apply for rehousing on the grounds you are divorced and only there so you aren't homeless. It's certainly a tangle and I hope you can get sorted soon

Hi Guys, Im back on line for a while as my neighbour has let me connect to their internet....Thank goodness...

This week has been very trying to say the least...And to cap it all off my uncle died yesterday morning...I am waiting for the housing ass to get back to me as they have phoned Brighton council to see what they can do for me about the other tenancy...Lets hope its good news as I could really do with some!!

Lol Jules reading your post it was a few seconds before I realised you meant assistant!!!

Jules. Is it not possible for you to have your name removed from the tenancy which you had with your first husband is he writes a letter stating you have no connection to him or the house? This is way OTT PC !! to say the least.

I truly hope you can get something settled soon, and that your estranged oh gets everything he deserves.

Hold your head up, as you are the innocent party in all this. I speak from personal experience.

The only way I can get my name removed is by going to court, thats what Brighton council have said...I dont know why they do it that way as most councils will except a letter!!
