Papillion and Great Escape must be amongst Steve McQueens finest films........ though he starred in many more....can`t believe it was 29 years ago he died, as you say Pam....so young..... those steely blue eyes and impish grin....they don`t make them like him anymore.......... |

I believe he was in the Marines - was pretty good at getting into scrapes then and being known as a rebel (not unlike James Dean). |

Must agree David.....absolutely loved Moonlighting.............. the will they, won`t they, between Maddie and David was brilliantly done, and kept veiwers gripped for ages,however I felt it lost its edge once they did finally get together......ho hum, but set Bruce Willis up on the road to stardom. |
