Well I can be in the office at certain set times of the day. Of course I believe that walking over the complex and observing and chatting to clients/guests (especially Bevs nice blokes) and perhaps forestalling any complaints before they arise is a very important part of the job. Claire xx

Before I contiue further, can I enquire of your receptionist (as I consider the first point of contact in a business to be essential in the first impressions of customer service), is she suitably practiced at handling minor complaints, for instance, can she bat her eyelashes at the male customers and apologise for any minor inconveniences while smiling dazzelingly, or admire female clients hair/babies/dress ect in a suitably patronising manner, and thus deflect many of the trivial complaints that a customer service manager should not have to deal with? Daisy - I think you should be an enigmatic novelist who stays in the top storey penthouse for months at a time!? I think I'd be best suited as a dynamic careerwoman who runs a successful business based in the hotel (= a Madam who supplies young fillies for the businessmen using the hotel for conferences etc.).
