I feel like I should be a single mum, I'm in a love less relationship, taking knocks............I feel the kids would be better off with some one else, I'm a crap mum. Oh I don't know what I think anymore. Life would be better for those around me if I werent here.

Jan you need to see someone - your GP perhaps - and tell them exactly what you're telling us. Your kids wouldn't be better off without you 'cos they love you and I bet they're not the only ones.

No it wouldn't hon.

No one is perfect........but one thing you would be is loved unconditionally by your children even if they don't always show it.

You can only love them and do your best xx

Jan take a step back ,,,,,,,,You are a great mum all kids call their parents out, but ask them what they would do with out their Mum and the main answer is Lost or dunno.

I think some of us feel like a waste of space at times Jan, but I know it isn't true.......we all have something to give, and I am sure you have too....

I don't know why, but reading your post the film 'Its a Wonderful Life' came into my head.........if he had not been there, the lives of others would have been changed for the worst........OK it was only a film........but it is so popular, and the reason for that is, because it has a message for us all.....

You are needed, you are wanted.... I don't know what else I can say that would be of any use to make you feel better.......I do not have the power......just the wish that I could take away your pain.....

You have just had a baby havnt you,there are many hormonal changes that cause the plunge in confidence you are feeling in your family and your relationship,please see your GP immediately.
have him or her check your thyroid also as it can create a condition that also looks very much like postnatal depression

There is life at the end of the tunnel, Jan, you just can't see it yet. Hang on in there until you see it. No matter what they say your sons love and need you so fight through everything for them and for yourself.
