Northumberland.
Plenty of children and years of experience or that could be inexperience lol as every child is different.
It can all become so overwhelming at times...this I know from my own experience.

Had some bad days after my 4th...it took time but i got there in the end...it is not as rare as you think to feel so bad.

If jan says she cant contact her doctor then prehaps we should .....hope you dont think that this is to rude BUT we should back of thet idea ......

As Jan may not trust her doctor or may feel he/she is not the person she could confide in.......

I think she seemed a little better in her post today and prehaps its best we are just all here for her to sound of to....

I,m not being rude but sometimes even the doctor cant be trusted

I think the amount of support on this thread for Jan has been Absolutely Amazing.Well done everyone.I have only just seen it.It just goes to show with all the **** that goes on ,people will always come up trumps.

Hi Jan, please don't be lonely, you can see there are so many people on here who will be your friends. I think i can see why you have no wish to go to the doctor and it is awful for you that you feel you can't. Maybe look at the web sites that Elizabeth posted. Maybe you will find somebody from here who lives near enough to share a cuppa with you, I hope so. I am in Gloucester as my name says, if you were near me i would love to meet you for a cuppa.

Maybe just being able to come on here and share your feelings will help. do you know about the thread on General board headed Depressions and Anxieties? there are a lot of people with similar problems on there, please have a look.
I hope just writing this thread has helped you.

Goodness me. You really have come up trumps. Thank you so very much much for your advice (some I can't take, but know that in other circumstances I would), your heartfelt best wishes.

I have replied to some, will try to, to the rest. I can only describe it as a major wobble. I have said this to others, I shouldn't expect things to land in the right places once they've been up in the air. Also that I'm not wonder woman, but I'd love her figure.

I WILL check out the websites given in to me, and again thank you for going out of your way to give me the details. I promise.

Yeah I do feel bit brighter, unlike the weather, chucking it down here too. BTW I'm just North of Coventry. Think Granny Grumps is about the closest, but we're in close contact anyway.
