You are sounding better, Jan. I'm pleased to see that.
The fact that you have said you will check out the websites is a good sign.
That's what those places are there for. Take advantage of it. Don't just check them out on the computer - take the step and go to see them. I'm sure you will be glad you did.

Glad to see that you are picking up, Jan. Please don't feel obliged to answer my PM. It was just there to see if it could be of any help. Sometimes just people's thoughts for you are uplifting. Hope mine helped a bit.I am also so happy to see so many posting for you. Glad you have also got lots of Websites to visit.

Dear All

Just wanted to add some reassurance about the details of websites of help groups I posted.

If contacted by telephone, you do not have to give your details:

ALL CALLS ARE CONFIDENTIAL.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These groups are usually run by volunteers and trained staff who have great understanding and insight of problems. A lot of them have been through the same experiences too.

There is a lot of information on their websites, so please take a look when you feel able.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I understand the reluctance to go to some GP's but I would say if a GP is proving to be no good at helping, then when you feel able, change GP's.

If a GP is not sympathetic and is shall we say, over zealous,
then they are no good to you.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We live in the 21st century.

There is no need for anyone to suffer with any problem
when considering the help now available.

Hope this helps folks.

Best wishes.
xx
