	hi all , ...........i haven't been too bad today , trying to keep busy , ...........OH is doing well has not had any for 3 days now , ...........i've had about 9 in 3 days . ....................going to try harder . 	I wish all the candidates the best of luck in their quest to stop smoking, i tried many times but the one that worked for me was "NEVER TO BUY ANY MORE..........." take as long as you like but keep to the promise, never to buy any more....... i packed up in 1978............... good luck all!!!!
