I might join you too. My daughter got engaged in September and my son on Christmas day, so probably have 2 weddings coming up soon!!

Really need to lose between 2 and 3 stones, but anything would be an improvement.

I went a walk today -3/4 hour I can do it in it used to take me a good hour.I haven`t been out with the icy weather , today was icy but I had my waterproof fleece lined trousers on but my hands took ages to heat up even with gloves on. We have sweets to finish too!!!

Morning Tinky,

I will join you. I lost 2 stone last year when I joined your 'club'

Have put on about 6lbs over the last couple of months.

Am back to water aerobics Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting tomorrow. I know there's New Years Eve to come yet but the way I look at it that's only one meal (crosses fingers)

Good Luck

Linda

would Tinky but cant cut down on what i eat anymore dont eat enough to keep a sparrow going but am still piling on the weight by the ton. dr says its my age ????? yeah right.
Since doing it with you earlier this year I have put on almost 2 stone and thats with swimming and riding bike so think I would let the side down.

Hope you all lose what you want to.

I know how you feel Dawnie, I have to be really strict with myself to lose the smallest amount of weight. It really does get harder as you get older. I work in a kitchen too, which doesn't help! They have just banned us from having our dinner there though, so that might help. We can only eat there if we pay for it and I'm not paying for food that's being thrown away anyway!
