Find Ancestors

Looking for any info on Walter James Doak born 15th December 1929 in Ireland (probably Northern Ireland,Belfast area) married in Barrow-in-Furness in 1955.I've found his death record (from Find My Past)-with his birth details on,& marriage record,he died in 1984,but can't find any other details at present.I'd presume he was still in Northern Ireland in 1939 as I can't find him on the register.
Any info appreciated.

His son told me he was called Walter James & was known as Jimmy.Said he was born in Ireland,near Belfast.

that must be him i posted same death date you said 1984 and same birth date and james some times known as jimmy

That's the fellow malyon,but I can't find any info whatsoever on POB.It gives his DOB on his death entry,but,I can't find any record of it on any site? Nothing on FreeBMD,Genes Reunited,Findmypast ? Spoken to his son,who originally said Donegal as his POB,but then said he thought it was Belfast area ?

I use that one regularly-freebmd,but couldn't find anything on there. He's elusive this guy.

If you have father's name from marriage cert for JW you may find the marriage on there ( there are 14 Doak marriages in the 4 year period before birth, just for an idea)
