FannyByGaslight Report 14 Aug 2010 12:38

Why are you sad?:))

I thought you would be a very happy bunny seeing as how you have waited so long for them to be done..

Gee

Gee Report 14 Aug 2010 13:09

I cant believe someone wants to 'sell' a wrongly ordered marriage certificate on Records!

If I could sell all the 'duffs' Ive got....I could go to France for the weekend...well nearly :)

FannyByGaslight Report 14 Aug 2010 13:17

jax Report 14 Aug 2010 13:26

I only ever ordered one...cost me £20 but it was correct, I only bought that to see what my grandfathers age was and he lied on that so it was a waste of money anyway

Re your sadness Gins.......I've recommended her to bmdshare.com - can see me sending one of my little messages anytime soon if she doesn't reply.

Oh Fans....I know just what you mean. When my lot have gone home, I stand in the kitchen and say "I think I've gone deaf" !!! Miss 'em though.

Just going into town but can't wait to get back as I am having a great time chasing my Chippendales through parish registers. Have been given a great link from someone on Rootschat...............and am mapping out the various families to see who belongs to whom. I find it easier than looking at a census to be honest.....strange person that I am.

Gins....how do you pronouce Guiseley? Is it Guys-ley or Gees (as in geek)- ley? Your part of the country so you should know!!

Back later you'll be delighted to know.....hahahaha

Gee

Gee Report 14 Aug 2010 13:37
