Thank you very much for that information but the Peggy C Barker/Olson marriage at Ipswich was not mine. I had ordered the certificate hoping it was the right one but found out that that Peggy was born Ipswich, mine was born at Croydon 31/8/1922.
I ordered another certificate that came this morning its for Peggy Barker and Frederick Charles Newbury (Private in army) he was born bc 1917 they married at Croydon 17/7/1945.
Could you please look to see if they went to the USA/Canada.

Robert and Alice arrived in Canada on 15 or 17 July 1881 on the Ship 'Circassian' from Liverpool
The 1891 English Census just gives Agnes place of Birth as Canada
The 1901 English Census gives Agnes place of Birth as Canada, Onto (don't know if this Toronto or Ontario? any info would be a great help.

Robert and Alice must have returned from Canada to England before the 21 June 1882 as Agnes was Baptized on this date in Bolton, Lancashire

I cant find a birth for agnes in canada I could look for them incoming to uk if you could give me robert and alices date of birth, young babys where only listed as infants on passenger lists/

I searched the births but nothing on there unfortuanlty canadian records are pretty hit and miss.

Frederick's fathers name is Robert Henry Newbury the bc 1917 was meant to mean Frederick was born circa 1917. Sorry but I do not know where he was born.

Thankyou, if you are able to look up births in Canada I would like any children born to William Hocking and Mary Hocking nee Austin between 1911 when theyare alone on the census and 1924 when he died. They lived in Ontario.

The marriage should have taken place before 1921 & possibly Victoria BC.
I have his wife as Annie ??? but a cousin thinks it's Nancy ??? Age 21 in 1921...
Son Alexander Hauff b1920 as per ships manifest on Feb 18 1921.
Daughter Winona Mary Hauff birth abt 1924...

There may have been a spelling change to Haugh as did his brothers who emigrated to OZ...

Could you see if GEORGE HERBERT MELLORS (born c1882, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England.) and his family are in Vancouver in 1911 Canadian Census. He might be using his middle name and should have wife, Clara with him as well as two children Sydney and Wilfred.

I found George's WW1 record and various trips by Clara back and forth. Would like to know where he is and what he's up to pre-WW1.
