So the William WAY I saw on the convicts list in Tasmanian site was a different one ....huummmm Thank goodness I don't jump to conclusions LOL Indeed George WAY was a son of William & Ann and brother to Charlton. Little is known of Charlton, born Affpuddle dorset he married a Susan COOPER bn c1841 in either Corfu, Greece or West Indies depending on which paper you read! 	Rosemary Hi there!Sorry can't help with this 1 as i don't have access to Scottish Records.My access is to English,Welsh records.I do have Scottish Census but this is 1841-1901. Have you tried this site?Its very good free to search but you do have to pay to view records. http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ Good luck and hope you find what you are after. Michelle

	Shemp The early census records are proving tricky because of the changes in birthyear and places on the later census records.Most were for 1840 birthyear so i am to presume that is the correct 1.
