Hi Julie Ann, as your last thread was so full, I started a new one in your absence and have nudged it up now so I could put Stella's communication re pain words on there. Hope you don't mind me starting a new thread then but there were so many new sufferers and sometimes we have all the threads up - so much info to take in. Liz |

i didnt mind thanks girls for that it was getting full just renewed membership, things ave been busy yer, jessica (grandaughter) is gorgeous, i was at the birth, shes a happy little thing, lovely big blue eyes, fair hair, and a bit of a drama queen at 5 months, lmao, my FM has been pretty bad, had injections kenalog, but they didnt help a great deal, last time the doc didnt put as many in and was in agony, anyway gotta go see her end of august, saw her privately on my health insurance it were that bad but in mean time apptmt on nhs has comethru, 6months after last one, so im keeping it, got my doc to do me a script for diazepam for the headaches the other week they were so bad i was chocked up in work and the girls know im not like that put brave face on it normally , but it affected my eyes and down right side of face so that was a give away, eyes kept watering too today its ok though im on tramadol permanantly now, my doc doesnt believe tramacet (mix of tramadol and paracetamol, lower doses) are any good, anyways enough of me girls, hope yoru all well |

Thanks for this PussCat Am still taking the magnesium when I remember but think I should maybe be taking calcium with it altho article in magazine didn't say anything about it. I have been relatively pain free for a while, not 100% but bearable but wish I could sleep better. Since I got back from Wales have been feeling a bit fluey and am taking lemsips each night as I don't want to be ill when I go off to Malta. |
