he says it maybe anelgeisic head pain or muscle spasm head pain,
basically he dont flamin know

its usually codiene that cause nast head pains think he needs to know tramodol, is a synthetic codiene, could understand if it was co codamol, poor you, i really dont think the duloxitine is much good either i think it makes your moods lighter thus making you cope better with the pain xxx

apparently tramadol is an opium based meds, opiut i think they call it,

since i had that bought in hospital ive become short tempered , impatient, hard to remember things,
watched richard hammond yesterday he said with rightside of brain anytrammer leaves problems like this
its the right side i get the headaches

yeh, i get much more short tempered ive noticed, they tell us all different things i think, they told me tramerdol is synthetic and dihydracodien is week morphine, all i know is a few tablespoons of the morphine iand i dont care lol.
memoery is awfull, i wrote 2 lots of xmas cards out and sent some of them again to be told lol
i think we have to see what works our selfs medication wise

oh help asked hubby something tonight and he just looked at me and said I answered you last time you asked me that, I have no recollection of asking him it but he says I have asked him the same thing 5 times today.

He told me off this afternoon as we went out to get a few bits and the two most important ones I forgot, he told me he cant help me if I dont write a list or tell him what we are going for.

if you count you temper as a candle mine has run out as I fly off the handle at the smallest thing.

He asked me tonight why I havent taken all my meds this week simple I cant remember to take them at the right time and rather than risk taking them too close I try and struggle without, this is with putting them in a pill reminder box.

Is there any hope?

im feeling really low today hurt in every mussle and ligament, these are the days when i cant even try to be happy, i just feel sorry for myself, i hope doctor dosent tell me i have to stop typing, this is my link tp civalization, in the day time, whilst my friends are at work oh well nearly time for painkillers , how are you all xx

one of my fingers is old break, makes holding stuff hard

i find i get down in dumps more now like you say its hard to stay cheerfl all time,
its been my right shoulder the last two weeks, just in my shoulder blade/collar bone had trouble liftin my arm up to reach shelves,
had to tuck elbow in and lift body
so much for coming of tramadol!!!!!!!!!!!

Hugs to everyone suffering with fm right now. My shoulders have been bad but I think it is to do with my heavy shoulder bag and carting shopping around.
Hope the pain goes over Christmas so you can enjoy yourselves.

had a cwap sleep but feel brighter this morning, thankyou hope you all have a good day

my hip is really hurting last few days and couldnt get comfortable at all last night.

Hubby does try to make me laugh by taking the pee out of the way I walk, Ill get my own back one day when hes in a wheelchair shall take it to the top of a hill and let go see how fast he moves then.

Was looking forwad to out annual lunch date this week but tiddler put paid to that with being off school oh well will give me something to plan for in the new year

I thought I'd rake this thread up so as not to clutter the boards with my moans.

I feel dreadful today. I ache all over, my body is exhausted, I want to sleep but I can't, I never seem to sleep well at all these days. I have shooting pains in may arms, hands and fingers.

Sorry to moan on but I really do feel ill. people who don't have this illness really don't have any idea how dreadful it makes you feel, especially when you only look a bit tired, they don't understand how awful the pain can be at times.
I expect I'm just in a depressive mood because it's January.

gillie its not cause its january i feel the same have done for weeks, glad i have poppy to take my mind of it a bit, body is used to tabs so sleep is poor, altho i wouldnt i can now undewestand why there is a high suicide rate because of this illness poppy has really helped where as some days i give in with her i now have to go outside and be on poop alert xxx hope you pick up soon bless you xx
