Hi I'm Jan, 61 years old, divorced 14 years. I lived all my early years in Plumstead, moved West London when I got married then Greenford, Northolt, Pinner. Since divorce became Civil Servant and have moved a lot with the job. London, Wembley, Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester and now Kent. My partner is R and been with him for 15 years. He is 47 - don't say a word. I have two children, one of each, 36 and my daughter is 35 today. Two beautiful grand-daughters 9 and 6. I live about as far South East as you can get before falling off the cliff. I've been doing my research for about 4 months now and am totally taken up with it. Luckily I only work part-time these days. Oh yes and I'm off to Sri Lanka for a month after Christmas. Can't wait. Hello everyone, nice to meet you all.

Well, I'm Andy and I was born In Poets Corner, Wealdstone, to a working-class family with no great aspirations. Wealdstone is now a suburb of Harrow, which in its turn is now a suburb of Greater London to my ultimate sorrow. When I was four my family moved to Pinner where we stayed until 1959 when there was another move to Bushey where we lived until I married in 1970. Then it was up sticks to Luton to our first house where our children were born in the early Seventies, after which we moved Hemel Hempstead where we live now. Oh. and I omitted to say I'm still with the lovely Lady I met at the New Penny disco in Watford 34 years ago! Two daughters, both high achievers, eldest a Cambridge graduate now Grammar School teacher, younger working in IT and doing quite well. Not bad for a working-class Oik!

Hi my name is Debora Lister I was originaly born in London but moved to sunny Burnley(Lancs) when I was five. I have been married for nearly fourteen years and have three beautiful children, Amie whose ten Leah whose nine and my little man Max, whose three. my other child (hubby) David is forty on the twenty third of this month.
