Before i pop off today i thought i'd share a no point stew recipe with you all. No point means you can eat as much of it as you want and it has no affect on your weight( other than help you loose it!) One can of chopped tomatoes( asda do some with garlic or herb and they are nice for flavour) chopped carrots, chopped corgettes, chopped onions, chopped leaks, peas, water, and any herbs you like the taste of. put it all in a pan(if you don't like an ingredient you can miss it out or add in any root veg you like,) boil and then simmer until it's all cooked and add a couple of stock cubes, any flavour. your stew is now ready. you can eat it how it is or blend it up to make a thick soup. for desert try a sugar free jelly, as much as you want as this is also point free. GOOD LUCK LADYS, will see you all next tues for your weigh in. xxx |

Have you tried tortilla wraps as an alternative to sandwiches? I don't know what the calories/fat content are but they come in lots of different flavours |

If you have little children like me DO NOT eat their leftovers. I do it without even thinking. All those half eaten biscuits mount up!! |
