here are some tips ive picked up 1.If u feel peckish drink a glass of water first,if the craving hasnt gone in 10 mins then have a snack 2.Eat dessert(healthy one!!!!) will a smaller spoon as u subconciously think u are eating more,same goes for meals,put them on smaller plate...it really does work. Any one else got anymore?

My tip: Have something to eat before you go food shopping. this will stop you lusting after every treat you see. (it's a good idea in theory!)

LOL. You welcome in sue.. just reminded me of things my weigh watcher lady says.. 'just remember lady's nothing tastes as good as weight loss feels,' and the best ' chips, CHIPS, take of the c and what are you left with?' she's great really! xxx
