Listening to electronically generated music when i wanted to talk to a human being about something. If my call is that important , as they remind me every 45 seconds, why the **** dont they emlpoy more people to answer the phone? |

Being told over the phone that the person you 'need' to speak to is on annual leave for the next two weeks. Leaving messages on answer phones to people who never return your call. Being lumbered with the work load that the inefficiant staff on the previous shift were to lazy to do. |
