Just popped on to let you know I am still smoke free. The early part I find easy it gets harder for as time goes on.. Will be away a couple of days.. hectic weekend planned.. Son home. Hope everyone is still doing well. Grayx

well ive saved 501.00 up till now,brought a back door,and some birth certs,not bad since january eh.everyone seems to be doing great,im well chuffed,xxjoy

Now at 10 weeks and almost 1 hour since I had a ciggy. Feeling a lot better, not huffing and puffing like fury when I go upstairs. I might even be improving my singing voice (don't know if that's a good thing or not LOL) Joy :o)))))))))

Got a little peed off the other day cos I've spent what I've saved on myself rather than the kids, OH's mate called me Selfish for doing so. I asked the kids who I should spend it on and they all said 'YOU'. I'm saving up again for the concert I'm going to on 1st April. JOy

James OH doesn't smoke (except the ocassional cigar). I'm planning something special for our Wedding Anniversary in June if he continues to support me. He gave his mate a right telling off when said mate called me selfish. Joy

Hi Joy I am afraid I got a little confused, when you said 'Mate' you meant 'Friend', any way keep on, it does get easier as time goes by and you think on how much money you have wasted, just like setting light to £5 notes,and has not your sense of smell started to come back? think when you smell a smoker, you smelt like that too. hi all,james i find if i stand next to anyone who has had a fag smells of soot,yet if i smell a lit fag i still think mmmmmmmmmmmmm.its the soot smell that puts me off,lolxxxxxxxjoy

Hi Melaine, What are you going to spend all your savings on? I know the price of ciggies is much cheaper there than over here in U.K. but it is still an impressive amount and your government is not getting all those Taxes as well. James :<))
