Its not in the medical world Diz , as people can lead as near normal life as the next with some cautious exceptions. ........,unless they cant be controled and usually these have other health issues in tandem. |

I know people have tried turning down the brightness, but how about fiddling with the contrast instead ? |

Your not thick :-P You can change contrast on your PC with a separate monitor but not a laptop |
