Eldrick Report 15 Jul 2010 17:00

Been hailstones here as big as footballs, thunder, lightning and high winds and torrential rain. All the roads are flooded and we are cut off yet again, due to floods and fallen trees across the roads. The power is off and it's altogether terrible.

I hope the dominoes isn't cancelled tonight, that would be a disaster.

No one takes me seriously. I'm sitting at the computer with a sou'wester on and an umbrella over the keyboard and that's all you can say.

Silly Sausage Report 16 Jul 2010 10:38

Please tell me you have a bin liner covering your PC....**titters**

Eldrick

Eldrick Report 16 Jul 2010 10:50

No, it's an all weather one, waterproof to save it from damage when spluttering coffee or red wine after reading certain threads and in case of roofs blowing off in isolated locations.
