Well got the ironing done again..................... too wet to do anything today it just bucketed down. The washing on the line is staying there, much wetter than when I put it out. Several rinses later now.
At least the garden is green.

I had just sat down to do some reading the man in the flat above rang the bell I jump 3 feet high and dropped my book it took me by surprise he brought me more runner beans and lettuce poor man he was told he must not drive as his eye sight has got too bad,. he said him and his wife have to use public transport nowI felt really sorry for him .

Yes can you not entice some men onto this thread. perhaps if we talk about tennis, football, golf or fishing we might be lucky.

I do have Horwoods and Harris on my tree but have not come across O;Neals or Neal. I will have another look but have no memory of that name only a friend I went to school with in 1938 Lo

did I tell you I had trouble using Ancestry images once i had found the person so I emailed them and asked them why they had to change the system all the time. it is bad enough with GR doing it now they have they have emailed me back which I was pleased about.

I am going to start again I did this and it all vanished.
I have this morning got a lot of energy. I have perpared my dinner for today and have a casserole in the oven for tomorrow. I cleaned a cupboard out. answered some emails. weeded and cut back some dead plant from my little bit of front garden. washed my hair
I bet tomorrow I will be exhausted.

Thanks for the cuppa Shelly and Sue, although the one Sue made was cold.

We've got sunshine as well Linda. My nephew and his 2 children who live in Berkshire came up to see me yesterday. His little boy is one next week and I've only seen him twice.
