Sorted some of the accumulated paperwork that multiplies, WHY?? Paper recycling due tomorrow so thats good.

Showery this afternoon. And so dull and miserable, makes it feel cool. This is supposed to be summer. Just knew it would change with the children breaking up.

I had someone wanting to look at my tree today, but I'm debating about it
I don't know what to do as I have so much on this particular family and when I asked this person a year ago for info ,he never replied, but now all of a sudden he wants info !!
I'm ging to let him wait !! LOL am I horrible or what ?

Do you have your tree anywhere else other than on GR?

I usually get some basic facts form the other person, then ask for their e-mail and send a part of the tree that's rellevant to them, either the tree or a genealogy report. I have FTM myself.

Please bring the sunshine back with you..................... Devon has been wet too.

Out of the blue, he has asked for info and tree,but he did allow me access to his tree TODAY of which I asked him for a year ago, and its nothing hardly on it.

No I don't have it anywhere else....just downloaded it for keeps.

It would be naughty of me if I did not allow him to view my tree, but I have done so much more, it makes me wonder if he would copy all my work,and I have spent loads on Certs.

Ive not been in this situation before ,everyone that I have communicated with before has been so helpful..
So I'll have a glass of wine and mull over it...that's the best way ..LOL

over the last mounth hubby peeps from hubby side seem to be finding me on ancestry i let the first one or two see tree but its now funny im getting more that are getting in touch that cos words gone round that i have lots of info on that side so now im only sendind them info of were thay can find the info

Why don't you offer to type out the info directly connected to what he has let you see and ask for his e-mail address too.

No I don't wake up during the night at all, my teeth,stomach & everything else is fine I have no problems & I HATE water, never drink it at all. I ONLY DRINK DIET COKE. You won't be able to ween me off it, as i never drink anything else.

Marilyn don't open your tree, let him have the info by pm if you want but I wouldn't open your tree as he could copy all info. I have had this happen(not from opening my tree though) folk like to copy all sorts of relatives that are nothing to do with them.

I've just renewed membership to the Berkshire Family History Society as I have been finding early family in Wokingham.

Will be off to bed soon but he needs to wind down first.

Thanks for the drinks Marilyn. I'll pass on the buns as I am trying really hard to be good and loos some of this excess weight. Hard going only ONE pound last week, following a WW plan with hubby.
