I have lovely weather here it has been the s ame all day. a bit hot this morning but we had gentle breeze here this afternoon. My brother in Law and Sister in Law arrived after getting lost the came from Hemel Hempstead stayed away from the M25 as it was packed but they lost there way at a round about near me and did a full circle but they arrived at 1.30 we chatted all afternoon eating sandwiches and having mugs of tea. It was nice having someone I could have a chat too.
They said how nice and cool it was here even with the sun out. but it appears Wimbledon has been haveing the odd shower.

I need to do my ironing but I am going to leave it till tomorrow now unless I get visitors although I am not expecting any .

Woken by crows scawbling this morning or I would still be there.

Oh well the dog can have an early walk before some gardening, then I need a nice shower before taking the dog back to our son's. Then he is taking us out for dinner. Before my hubby has to go to work again. Today and tomorrow then he has 6 days off, like a mini holiday.

Bright and dry here again this morning. No rain here yesterday. So I'll probably have to water in the new plants.

Well, we've got rain again. The grass is really long but we can't get it cut because it's too wet.

Linda, I live in the North East, we never have to water our garden, not even the tubs, they never dry out. On the up side, the garden is always a mass of colour because it gets lots of rain water.

My hot matches are here, going to have a look at them now.

Thats a sore subject with me to day opening trees that you have been given permission to look at. I have tried three days and still NO someone said they have no staff on at weekend. what a way to run a site. The annoying part is if someone thinks you have viewed and then delete's the request you loose the Hot Match.. They have not even given any explanation as to what has happened and how long it will last. there are so many threads on Chat and Topics with the s ame problem.

Getting off that subject. did you see the news that some pople have left the Glastonbury festivale as they have swine flu. ? must be a worry to others there at the moment.
