i have unknown trojan

ive done system restore and avg scan and vist scan its still here it says to click to download antispyware to clean files do i do it please

No, please don't. If you have two AVs on the same computer, it will crash!

it says a unknown trojan if its up i cant type i have to click cross then quickly move to type

Hi Puss, Hi Errol :)

I have sent some instructions via message to see if it clears the No Name, , it is quite possible that you have brought up a remanent stored in sytem restore of the site trojans we had. If system restore was not switched off at the time a person contracts a virus, trojan etc and a scan was carried out, scanners cannot get into restore. Hence they come back at a later time :( A remanent )

I will leave you to decide how you want to go about doing things for now as I have to go into town.

No Names I generally see as BHO s ( Spyware )not sure yet though because there dont seem to be enoug to go on with it being no name, its not giving anything away is it lol

Errol I think Puss means the windows defender in vista has done a sweep and found nothing

I got hit on tuesday on another site and ok norton picked it up as a worm first, then it tried to download "Winfix AV"
