Right I think we have located your problem - at least in part.
There are various solutions depending on how confident you are with your computer. However, in this instance I think we may have to download some software to make it easy for you.
I would usually fix this either by physically having the computer in front of me or via remote access so I need to think of a fix you can do.

If you know how to do a hard drive search look for grmrotqn
I don't mean a virus scan/search I mean a search from your Start menu if that makes sense

errol i went to controll panel did search hard drive search c thingy came up and i put that code i the search box but it didnt have it sorry im being thick lol.

If you know how to, please go to Add/Remove Programmes (in Control Panel) and see if Files Secure is listed there
