Was Arthur Jack the father of Arthur W whose b. on 1939 listing is November 1921?

I'm unclear of timings around 1920 / 1921 regarding enlistments and attestation.
Why the different years?

The man finally left the Army in August 1920, as per OP's long post

No, he had 2 daughters by his second marriage in 1925 & 1928 and he lived in Kilburn, London all his married life.

As for his army records, I have a few different documents with various dates making up his army career. I can't explain different years unless there was a document missing.

Have a look at my 11.07 post of earlier today where I detail his second marriage. The original army records I have were kept by him/his wife and discovered recently being held by my Cousin.

The 1921 marriage ( posted on page one) doesn't in any way help the search for his alleged first marriage

but by 4th August 1920, discharged from Army and he is listed as married and living in Kilburn.

Married to Agnes Albina Garwood on 13th June 1921, shown as widower.

You are obviously seasoned genealogists and I am finding it hard to understand the links you are making. Very grateful for your efforts though, and I may need a laymans explanation when you reach a conclusion/recommendations.

It appears that ErikaH is linking with the daughters from his second marriage to ensure that she has the correct Arthur White, so I ought to add that his daughters names were Joyce Evelyn White born 1925 and Doreen Bessie Jones born 1928 both in Kilburn/Willesden London.
