We know nothing about Ethel, there is no mention of a father on the birth certificate of Doris, yes that is the right Doris she was brought up and lived all her life in Folkestone

might be worth looking at this marriage, if Ethel was single when she had Doris, she might then have gone to London.

.....................which would fit with a birth after 1905, if she was unmarried when she gave birth to Doris, so maybe?

but, as shown earlier there were two possible births for Ethel (if maiden name was Fuller)

We have looked into the Roehill but discounted it in the end, but cant remember why !!!
