Find Ancestors

I have no information on my grandmothers father. His name was Frank Percy Woolhouse born 1875/1876 Kensington Middx London. He had a sister named Alice Susan 1871, Henry G 1874, Fred C 1874. I found them in the 1881 census as living at Northside, 72 Lancaster Gardens, Kensington London, RG number 11, piece 37, folio 32.

I have no info at all on Franks 2 brothers or on his sister! what became of them? are they in future census info? did they marry? when did Franck Percy die?

His parents were: Henry Woolhouse 1841 and Susan Woolhouse 1839

Any info appreciated; Thanks a lot.

Any info of Frank Percy's 2 brothers and sister? what became of them? and how do I look free on BMD everything I try wants me to buy damn units! Many sites let you look bring up a record then demand money from you. I already spent a dissapointing 700 pounds on genology research

Nice thanks you are a wiz at looking this stuff up. Thanks. I can't buy anymore certs as the price all mounts up. Its a pity they are not free! maybe one day? That info looks very possible. I have answers but still gaps. I think one day when I have some spare money I'll give a genologist all my certs and tree and ask them to find out questions.It could cost from a few hundred to a 1,000 or more to do.

I have been registered with GRU for a while and have got some info but drawn a blank on Woolhouse (its an unusual name I think) nad drawn a balnk on some others names. Once you get digging its like a package that you have to keep opening to get to another layer. sadly each layer cost money and takes time :-)

I expect your tree is very detailed.

Either of the females could be his wife.

Sometimes you can get a good idea by looking for children born after 1911 (when the MMN was given) in the correct area, which is what I did for the previous marriage.

It's often harder to try to go forwards without buying certs.

Before 1901 details can be cross referenced with the census.

- The only info I have of their parents is:

Henry Woolhouse 1841 Saxby Leicestershire, Susan Woolhouse nee Bunting 1839 Debden esex.

I know nothing about Frank Percy Woolhouse or Henry and Susan his parents and what became of him and I know nothing about his 2 brothers Henry and Fred and nothing about Alice his sister or any of them.

I'm sure Franks brothers Henry and Fred and sister must have married. They will be dead now but they must have had thier own children who had children and somewhere their decendants are alive and living in the UK!!! Like I said it's like a ball of string once you start pulling it it gets longer and longer.

If its hard to come forward can we go back and look at their lives and look at Frank and his siblings???
