my grandmother louisa smith married thomas samuel reed 1918 stepney ,address given for both on marriage certificate was 57 bancroft road , witness albert smith,i am trying to link louisa and her father frederick to this address , could be wrong , thomas ocupation given as soldier in 1918 ,frederick lighterman, if i knew louisa mothers name i could make the link , ive checked birth records for louisa but so many smiths born 1900 with father as frederick , how can i check electoral rolls around 1918 onwards , any help would be kindly appreciated |

I think you will find Bancroft Road is in Mile End and they were not there in 1911 |

Frederick smith could not write as his mark is on the 1911 census also the marriage cert also has his mark, so looks promising |
