When will you renew my subscription?
You can find this out by going to your Account page and selecting Subscription Details from the left hand column. On this page you'll see the date your subscription ends. To opt out of the continuous renewal you need to change your membership type to 'Auto Renew Off' and then save the changes.
You can also renew by logging into the Genes Reunited website and clicking on the subscribe link on your homepage. You will be able to renew your membership from 2 weeks prior to the actual renewal date. You will then be taken through to the renewal payment screen where full instructions will be given.
