Jessie aka Maddies mate

Jessie aka Maddies mate Report 10 Sep 2007 21:00

Sky news say they have this info from a source..........so no Police confirmation of it as yet

Maddiecow Report 10 Sep 2007 21:04

No Saints Alive- I have nothing to do with this and have no info that is not readily available to those that seek it out.

When I see ‘we’ that is my error, which I will clarify by saying, I mean the Courts.

Millions of pounds could be blown on an investigation if they are acquitted by shoddy DNA.

If they are innocent they will be Innocent. If the case is shoddy they will be acquitted and there will always be an element of doubt hanging over them.

Personally I think they are guilty of Negligence and Neglect and have no qualms about saying that. Had they been at the apartment with those children the ''Abduction'' would not have taken place - end of!

But they were not they admit to being in a restaurant with friends drinking alcohol and if you look at the map of the area - they were not that close either.

Is that the better of two evils?

Not obsessed just not hoodwinked by the British Press - it's called keeping an open mind.

Sue

Sue Report 10 Sep 2007 21:19

If Kris is obsessed then I admit to that definition too, as probably do many others, openly or not.

My obsession is with the fund and the dubious use of money donated by pensioners as well as the better off.

That obsession started the day it was set up.

Yes I follow all press reports and boards closely, yes I discuss theories with other people.

I understand the buggy change theory as do other people.

I don't think for one moment that possibilities shouldn't be explored. Sometimes that may mean sensationalism but counter arguments soon temper some posts.

I don't want to think that parents could be so callous but something isn't right but I remain open to be convinced otherwise.

Surely when you have such an important piece of DNA matching as in the car, it would have been taken off them immediately.

Or am I missing something?

Lets not forget one thing here. OK the Portuguese police may have given her up for dead, but that is a long way from any kind of confirmation.

We still have a missing child, a beautiful innocent little girl, who could just as easily still be alive somewhere.

Kay the telegraph says 'It was reported that “biological fluids” with an 80 per cent match to Madeleine’s were found underneath the carpet in the boot of the family’s hire car'.

I have had a look at the pics of the buggy.

I can see broadly where Kris is coming from with it.IF her theory is what I think it is (and i WILL NOT say on here) it would tick a lot of boxes with regard DNA/blood.

I think it's something only someone who has been reading from all sources could suss. If I had only been reading from UK media it would pass me by too.

Kris I will come back to you via PM xx

Sue,
I understand your concerns about the fund.

I have often wondered why, if the family didn't feel the PJ were doing all they could to trace the child, they didn't bring in some "experts" - the fund was there to pay for this.

In my opinion, repeatedly showing pictures/posters only of how the child looked pre 3 May was rather simplistic. No-one in their right mind was going to have her in public view looking the SAME.

There is nothing to prevent the family sending out experts now, especially as they themselves have left Portugal. I have not heard of any plans to do this.
