Paul Terence wasn't really much of a talent was he? well 'Sign your name' and 'Wishing Well' weren't bad, call him Mr HYPE, head far too big for his talent. Christine I remember that track from my school days, that must have been a very old juke box I have a feeling that song was out at the same time as the Equals 'Baby Come Back' 1968, I am amazed. Lynda Otis Redding one of the GIANTS of Soul Music, and what terrible loss, one of my faves of his would have to be 'I've been loving you too long' I don't go for your song stuff, but if I did it would have to be something from The Golden era of Soul Music Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Temptations, now I am showing my age. Pat.. well I thought the first album was great. I think he was just badly advised with the later released, or rather not advised at all !

Wake up and make love/Ian Dury and the Blockheads and Moondance/Van Morrison are both significant songs for us. nell

'We' don't have a song as there isn't a 'we' there's a 'me' and my song (at the moment) is 'Someone like me' by Atomic Kitten: 'Don't let your head rule your heart Don't let your world be torn apart Don't keep it all to yourself Just let all your emotions run free With someone like me Thats they way it should be Someone like me I know it's hard When your feelin' down To lift your feet up off the ground We make mistakes But doesn't everybody You don't always have To agree with someone like me Thats the way it should be someone like me We know the story so far (What you want and who you are) What you want and who you are(free) Let all your emotions run free You don't always have to agree With someone like me That's the way it should be Someone like me Someone like me'

Yeah Lynda You've made me laugh that's where I got my love of soul of course, brilliant days hey? Yeah Four Tops, Sam & Dave, I also loved William Bell (on his own) & with Judy Clay, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross & Supremes I loved all the Motown stuff and Stax Atlantic there was Joe Tex, Wilson Pickett, I could go on and on. Did you ever do the 'Funky Chicken' in line with at least twenty others? there was also the 'funky penquin' weren't so good with that one LMHO. Otis Redding was the business, could bring a tear to a statues eye he could. Amazing singer, I'm singing too, fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa your turn, LOL. X Paul agree with you about Terence first album great just a pity he thought he was so great, but wasn't, what is that called a flash in the pan that's it. Pat x
