Suggestion for your first aid kits subject to local laws. Paracetamol / Ibuprofen Dioralyte or similar Imodium Antihistamine - Benadryl, Claritin, Zyrtec etc... Vasaline Plasters Crape bandage and pins (incase of sprain ankles) Insect repelant Sun screen WATER - and lots of it Antiseptic cream Regular Medication - take extra inhalers just incase but keep then cool (near your water supply) Sanitary Towels/ Tampons (make good dressings in an emergency) Dextrose Tablets - sugar tablets Germaline New Skin - to cover bites, scratches etc... I hope you remember to take lots of thin layers of clothing as well as water proofs and a hat - 30% of your body heat is lost by the head, but a hat can reduce the chance of heat strock. Just be sensable and look out for each other, if you pee have a drink of water, and if you are not peeing you need to drink more.

Babs, So I did! lol You can ger little ampules of salty water from the chemist, there sold as eye drops and don't have preservatives in which is why they are small amps. This would be more hygenic to take than optrex as you use. They are called REFRESH Soothe & Refresh. they work well to wash out cuts etc.. Any Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs, Scots, Rangers and First aiders..... I'm sure you will remember how to improvise.

Hello all of you, Paul Sahara Smith has suggested I look at this thread to ask who has not yet reached their target of 3500. I don't have much to donate, but would be willing to help towards your target. Who really, really needs to get there? Paul made some suggestions, but I'll wait for your responses.
