Have no idea what capacity mine is. It's one of those large sports bags with boot sections at each end. I think Ellie would fit in it though! Daisy

I got a 100L Rucksack,and im struggling to get everything in..think i need to downsize a bit.lol Ryan can fit in it but hes only a little 7 yr old mind lol Anna :-)

my kit list is gradually getting filled out... picked up sleeping bag from colleague last week (he used to be a very keen trekker). Bought a silk liner on ebay yesterday, along with a head torch (has anyone else bought one, or am I the only one who's going to look stupid?), my ebay poles arrived last week, as did my 'big bag'. Today I bought the stuff I need for my first aid bag, a wicking tshirt and a nice long sleeved tshirt for the evenings from fatface (I think I was probably going to buy thahth anyway lol). Not a great deal left to buy now...

Oh i havent even thought about what to wear on a night,Ive got thermals for bed,but I guess i should bring some more trousers lol. Daisy,Ryan wants to come and build sandcastles lol.Ive got instructions to bring them some sand back.. and Jacob wants me to bring him back a beetle :-s Anna :-)

********A tip for all of us trekkers!!********** For the medication we have to take with us like immodium, dioralyte, antihistamines etc, buy some bubble wrap to wrap them in and pack it in the coolest part of your day sack and then the conditions out there should not affect it in any way as advised by my pharmacist!! Susie xx
