Prayers for my workmate. Baby Luke lost his battl

My workmates baby was born early, he was born weighing less than 1 pound. He is still with us, one week and 4 days.... His name is Luke. Gerri xxxxxxxx BABY LUKE DIED 1ST AUGUST 2005 :-(( |

Having been through this 31 years ago with a daughter, Zoe, who weighed just 1 lb 10 ozs and didn't make it past 3 days, I can only say thank goodness progress has been made with premature babies, and my thoughts and prayers are with Luke and his family. May he go from strength to strength. |

Gerri, Bless little Luke, as long as he is still fighting, he has every chance of winning. My friend' s granddaughter weighed less than a bag of sugar when she was born, she is now a healthy little schoolgirl. It was a hard fight for the first couple of years but well worth it. My thoughts and prayers are with Luke and his parents. June xx |

sounds like he's a little fighter, I had a friend that was only 1lb 8ozs when he was born, he is now 50 and a big strong man. I will pray for him to survive. x |
