Good luck, Blossom! Welcome Anne! I've recently started on the full choice, to try and give it a go instead of no count (which i was on for about 5 months). Chloe x |

Hi, all I forgot to add last week and I lost 2lbs which meant I have lost a stone since the end of august. Unfortunately I didnt get weighed this week which was probably a good thing as we were in Scotland at the weekend and I ate and drank far too much. Hopefully back on track now though, I will try and remember to post on tues. Liz |

Hi All Can I join in this game even tho I'm a Scottish Slimmer not a Weight Watcher and they use a totally different system for calculating what you are allowed. I started back in August and have lost a stone and about 4lbs, without being desparatly strict. Just another 3 stone or so to go!! Been reading the thread and everyone sems to be doing very well. Fill up on the free veggies, BC. I discoverd roast peppers, very tasty, chopped up with mushrooms, tomato's corgettes, in a roasting tray with a bit of spray oil, cook in hot oven 30 - 40 mins til soft. Jane |

Feeling very good this week lost 3lbs which I had no right to do as it was my mums birthday on sunday and we were out to lunch and I had an incredibly yummy pudding, Bailey's and Chocolate Cheesecake. Bet I'll pay for it next week! Jane |
