Well done Pat, Maisie, Anne and Maz. Has anyone made up their minds on their goal weight? Do you have to talk at length to your leader, cos I don't much like mine!!! I lost 1 1/2 lbs this week. 3 1/2 more and I would have lost 2 stone! I'm really shocked that I did lose some cos I was naughty - BUT I think the mega long walk around London probably got rid of most of naughties!! Have a BBQ this weekend - I love my hot dogs as well!!! But am also going to the gym for the first time with my sister's ex (also a family friend). Maz - 12 1/2 in a week!!!! Oh my god! Chloe My Leader is great, she does good talks after Weigh In. You can talk to her in class and can phone her any time between 9 am and 9pm. You could get the answer phone but she will call you back and help you if you have a problem. Are the other members in you class helpful ? My Leader runs classes in the area on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesday and Thursdays so if you can't get to you class you can always go to another. Pat |

well done chloe, bev and all. The class that I go to chloe is great the lecturer is really good and all the class are happy and we all have a good laugh. It isn't all talk about dieting and recipes it is of all sorts even down to yesterday talking about shopping for bridal dresses as one of the members is getting married next year. We have B-B-Q's in the summer and coffe evening in the winter which is lovely because some people who are over-weight tend to hibernate in their houses so we all meet up at other times, we go for walks around the parks in the evenings etc etc. Perhaps you could start something like that going in yours. See the problem for me is that I'm probably the youngest person there, I'm also really shy. If there were more people my age, I think I'd find it easier. Thanks for telling me when I could phone my leader - I had no idea!! Well done again, everyone. Keep it up. Chloe xx |

Anne...if you have stuck to the plan and not lost anything dont be disheartened as next week you may find that you will have a big loss! It has happened to me a couple of times. At certain times of the month we retain water.... the good thing is you havent put on!! Well done!! Bev x |

Well done everyone. I did NOT have a good week. I went out for an inpromptu lunch at work... on the boss - had cheese, and 2 glasses of white wine, also had one glass of white wine and two sausages at a family BBQ. I put on 1.5lbs. Not happy at all. And I went to the gym on Saturday!! Well, more exercise at home, less naughties etc. Grrr really annoyed. But well done to everyone who has lost/not gained!! |

Went for my weigh in this morning and have lost another 3 and a half pounds which makes a grand total of 38lbs! Dont forget all who go to the gym....if you are toning muscles up that muscle weighs heavier than fat! For weight loss you need to be doing cardiovascular exercises! Well done everyone.. Bev x |

HI All. You may see i put a few comments on this thread at the begining. Last year i lost 4st 8lbs by a different diet. I have since put just over a stone back on. I have been doing slimming world (which i like) but the 'free food' bit just went too far......... just couldnt stop eating it! :-) So, i have given in and joined WW again tonight. I start tomorrow on 19 points and have had my head in the books for the past hour or so. Want to lose between 1-1/2st Hope you dont mind me joining in. Good luck to the rest of you and also well done. I have seen people are doing very well. Thanks deb |
