Actually BB your saviour is you, yourself. Only you can do anything about it, and only you can stop it happening again. We can't actually DO anything except offer practical advice. Jess

So glad you are now getting the help you are entitled to... as someone said... the debt doesn't go away, but the worry will, and there is a benefit line you can ring and they will give you all the help and advice on the benefits you are entitled to... the number is in the phone book... so give them a call too... Anne :)))

The Bag

The Bag Report 15 Jul 2005 12:15

I understand you are fed up and lonely BB but you need to cut back on things that you can, so you don't end up back where you are today. Sounds brutal but If you are on here chatting... and you sem to have been on here more or less all night, (and that will rack up your electricty bill) texting is somewhere you CAN save. Dont do it! Please tell me you are not on a dial up connection... jess.

This might help you also to sort things out - Bank of Mum and Dad is on again on Thursday nights BBC2 - might pick up a few tips as to how and on what you can cut back. Lad last night owed £51,000. If he had been mine I would have swung for him! Best of luck kid at least you are on the right road now. Ann

Hi, sorry , my Mother in law popped round for a coffee. I know none of this debt is your fault, your ex left you in this mess so dont worry about having to cut back... you havent anything to cut back on!. i have got your mobile number and will text you late to see how you are getting on. I am here for you, as are others, and will always lend an ear for you :)) Now try and enjoy your weekend!! thats an order! remember.. nobody will come out to harrass you over the weekend... so relax. xxx
