When we were young someone told us a joke about a small girl who called her teddy bear Gladly. When asked why she said it was after the bear in the hymn they sang in church. When asked which hymn that was she said it was 'Gladly my Cross-eyed Bear' .........(Gladly my Cross I'd Bear.)

What a feeling from Flashdance. I was convinced Irene Carra was singing take your pants down and make it happen but I've just looked it up on google lol. Jenny Take your passion and make it happen. Pictures come alive, you can dance right through your life What a feeling.

My daughter and her fiancee went on holiday to Mexico, they had a musician and singer in the hotel who asked her song request was she said............................The Lift Goes Up when asked who sings it her OH said Kenny Rogers! the song was actually Love Lift us up. In July 1982, Island Records released 'Up Where We Belong,' the love theme from the movie An Officer and a Gentleman, a duet between Jennifer Warnes and Joe Cocker.

Who knows what tomorrow brings In a world, few hearts survive All I know, is the way I feel When it’s real, I keep my pray alive The road is long There are mountains in our way But we climb steps every day Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry, on a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Up where the clear winds blow Some hang on to 'used-to-be' Live their lives locking behind All we have is here and now All our lives, out there to find The road is long There are mountains in our way But we climb steps every day Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry, on a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Up where the clear winds blow Time goes by No time to cry Life’s you and I, alive, baby Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry, on a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Up where the clear winds blow Love lift us up where we belong Where the eagles cry, on a mountain high Love lift us up where we belong Far from the world we know Up where the clear winds blow
