He he, I suppose I'll have to forgive you now master Daniel! Thank you I'll accept your kind offer, I've enjoyed your articles in YFT. What's the book about, didn't realise you were writing one? Vivienne

Criminal Wirral is an entertaining and informative round-up of some of the strangest, most bloodthirsty, despicable and comical crimes that took place on the Wirral peninsula from the Victorian era up to the early twentieth century. Daniel Longman's painstaking research has uncovered many cases that have been long forgotten, and sheds new light on local causes celebres. The readable text is supported by about seventy illustrations comprising of archive and modern day photographs and maps. Criminal Wirral will appeal to anyone who has an interest in the darker side of Wirral's history. :-)

Well I have decided to totally reform my ways, so I don't end up a story in the book....having been born, and visiting the Wirral regularily. Do not wish to end up a statistic.

E. Port is clinging on with it's teeth. It's classed as Cheshire (like I said,) so is not classed as Wirral (so we agree there) But the Wirral as a whole, is part of Merseyside and has been since 1974.
