Hello Honey Rum I'll be on the train from Liverpool - do we meet at Chester station or in the centre of Chester? I believe you can get the bus from the station to the centre. What does the bus tour involve? Sorry I haven't been following properly as usual. Does it involve a river trip as well? How much is it and do I pay you on the day? Thanks Lesley oh and what time would I need to be in Chester and what time is it all due to end?

Hi Lesley... details will have to be finanlised as we have not decide on a venue yet. Some are going to Chester Station via train and I will let everyone know with a PM when it is sorted out. Some others are coming from Liverpool and when here. make your way to Town Hall. If you need meeting on the day, then I will arrange it. As for the Bus Tour... it takes in the whole of the City, vantage points and has a guide giving information etc about Chester on the bus. You can get on and off as you please until it ends up back at the Town Hall...(this is where we will initially meet on the day). I will be trying to get cheaper tickets for us like I did last year so bear with me on this one. Half way through the tour there will be a short boat trip included and there is a bar on the boat too where you can buy refreshments. The Boat trip is not compulsory with the Tour. I will be getting this all sorted in the next two weeks so that people can make fimal decisions about it. THE FULL ITINERY WILL BE POSTED SOON. Anne:)))

Thanks Ann Count me in I'll be coming by train so would appreciate if someone could meet me at Chester station as not sure where the town hall is. If I remember correctly there is a bus that takes you into the centre of chester but that is as far as I know. Thanks for organising this. x lesley

Ok Dan I'll probably see you on the train then. Will you wear a carnation? lol Please don't!!! I was only kidding. Also I have allergies to stuffed animals so I advise that you don't bring any. lol There's a free bus outside Chester station (with your train ticket I think) that will take us into the centre of Chester. It stops just around the corner from the big clock thingy. I only know the way to the record office in Chester. How sad is that? lol Lesley

Picture? What do you think I'm going to do with it, pin it up on the wall? Not on your Lemon Nelly! lol Walk me round to Hamilton Square. Errm no! Forget that! Just so things are clear, in the thread yesterday when it was asked ' Toy boy or sugar daddy?' - I would prefer a sugar daddy. You belong to Lemon anyway! We'll meet at Hamilton Square at a prearranged time. I'm fairly short with longish red hair so should be easy to identify.(mental note - if problem, cut hair short and dye it black) lesley

Hi Lesley and Daniel...When nearer the time arrangements will be made for your safe delivery to the Town Hall. There will be more people coming from the Liverpool area so we can arrange for you all to get the same train and myself or someone else will meet you at the station unless there is one of you that knows the way without getting lost!! Anne:)))

I'm now very jealous! Chester is lovely - we spent a day there nearly 10yrs ago and promised ourselves we'd be back for longer. Needless to say, it's never happened. Hope you all have a great day - and do the river trip as well esp. if it's a nice day.
