Lynne. Exactly two years ago I was waiting for an op to see what was wrong with the left one of my ‘dangly bits’. On St George’s day I had the ‘op’. I had been given the choice of biopsy then removal if required or immediate removal then biopsy. I chose the latter. A couple of weeks later, which to me seemed liked years, I had another appointment for the results. As my family saw me with tears streaming down my cheeks they thought the worst, in fact they were tears of relief. I pray that your results are the same. As for deafness, Jaquie, join the club, very annoying but you will soon learn to live with it. I feel for Jacquie and all your family and send my positive thoughts and prayers for a successful result. Best regards, Brian (i)

I am sorry but I must say this , I do hope your daughter is okay, but what winds me up is the fact you have to wait 3 months for a very important op , so have to go private its disgusting, you should be able to have these sort of ops straight away, I also get wild when I read about people trying to raise money for a victim of meningitus to get them artificial limbs, which should be available on the NHS. Sorry but I had to say that and good luck.
