Not sure who is saying this Jules but relaxation would do you the world of good - something like reflexology, a massage. They want you to be brave, pick yourself up, give yourself a big shake and give everyone that beautiful smile of yours. They are with you every step of the way and are very proud of you. Cut out the stimulants and go for the gentle things instead xx |

You can get a great high from aromatherapy oils you know- all natural and no after affects. When I was depressed clary sage oil worked better than the anti depressants for me. Everyone is different though. |
