.sorry about the nudge,just couldn't find us. Worked Saturday,it was not really busy so we managed to do some jobs we can;t do normally when we are open and there are only two of us.becuase it was slow it went very slow if you know what i mean. Had to do my shopping after work but did not need much luckily but it was still getting on for 6.30 when i got home. Had a chilled ready meal for tea it was ok ,it had been recommended by some one but I don't think i will bother again.Put two lots of washing on ,and then put it on the line to dry today .Some things i put on the clothes horse/maiden. Did not sleep well ,so was up early put the washing out ,cooked some bacon sandwiches for breakfast,went for papers ,dropped my son at his other grans,came home vacuumed the living room,but had such a headache by then had to stop..Had a cuppa ,and a headche tablet.which did not do amny good,so went to bed for half an hour .which seemed to do the trick, After getting dinner ready went to see my dad,sorted some papers out for him and made a phone call for him (he was having trouble with his hearing aid). Came home cooked rest of dinner,had dinner but was feeling so tired went to bed again for an hour.Got woken up as my sister called to show me some wedding pictures which was great, Went to bed at 10.30 slept for a couple of hours ,now i am wide awake !! Hope Fred has a good trip down to see his sister ,must be so difficult doing something like that.will be keeping you and your sister and family in my thoughts Fred,Safe journey. Brenda, I just do not know how you keep going. You cram so much into one day. Sounds like I used to be, but cannot do it any more. Today I did last bit of ironing and tidied up sitting room then went out on my scootmobile to the shops. It was lovely and sunny so thought I'd better get out. Tomorrow I have Johan's sister and brother in law for a few hours so won't be able to get out. Will keep this short as still want to tidy up my craft room. That is the trouble with living in a flat you can see into every room from the hall. I have a large square hall. Sylvia xxx

hello brenda I am back from the week-end away and yes I had a very nice time several early birthday gifts that were very much appreciated isobelle and I watched a lot of moive we rented them and on sunday night stayed up to watch the tennis match from hamburg it was not on till 11-30pm so it was 1-45 before we got to bed but it was worth it as roger won in fine style. thne to today I had lunch with another friend and then headed back up the highway it was clear sailing on my side but bumper to bumper on the side returning from up north, lots of fireworks going off to-night for the may 24th celbrations and the cats do not like it.I have just watche corrie on the computor but have not got the 8-30 episode as yet so I will have to go to bed not knowing what happened to freddie!!!!!. fred glad to hear that you will be able to see your sister sooner than you thought, I am sure that it will not be an easy visit but yet good for both of you in the long run. well bye for now take care all of you dorothy

evening all,feeling thestrain abit to night am very tired so will be hopefully getting an early night. hi well I had a friend take me out for dinner to the local pub and had a wonderful dinner of bangers and mash plain but they cook it so well. she stayed over night and this morning we are going to the casino for a little flutter and then out to lunch then I have to go and take the youngest grandson to the clinic for a treatment on the planters wart on his foot to-day the temperature is to hit 30 so it will be a hot one hope everyone is allright bye for now dorothy ps to-day is the last day of being 64 so maybe the machines will pay out for me!!!!!!

Another sunny day so am going to get the scootmobile out. Never put off today what you could do tomorrow. I'll probably go out again tomorrow - weather permitting. hi brenda I hope that you enjoy your bank holiday even if the weather is no the best, yesterday it hit 30 here it was very hot and we had smog alerts, to-day we have a lovely breeze and a high of 20 . to-morrow is the tea for my daughter in law so far she has no clue, the weather is supposed to be good so those that are coming from a distance will have a good drive. on sunday we are having a dinner (tea) for bryan and myself he will be 12 to my 65 it will be fun so I have had a very good birthday week I am very lucky. hope that things are not too bad for fred I keep thinking how hard the visit to his sister will be. bye for now dorothy

Hi Dorothy glad you had a good week and hope the dinner/tea goes well for the family and especially your d.i/.l Had a good day so far myself went out shopping with my friend and John to a large wholesalers ,she has a club membership so she is allowed in with guests at certain times.The pet food is much cheaper so we go witjh her every two months or so and stock up on pet food,,with a german shepherd and two cats we need to. We were going to the cafe there for a sandwich and coffe which is only about £2.00 all together but it was very busy so we went to the pub instead !! There was a mix up with our order and we ended up with soup (pea n ham)which came with a roll and then sandwiches with salad and chips and an extra portion of chips.!!!We tried not to waste it but couldn't manage it all.Seems they have these items on the menu Soup and a roll Soup with a sandwich sandwich ,with salad and chips. extra chips we wnated no 2 each, and 4 between us,but got 1,3,and 4 ,it was all really delicous,but we will not be making any tea here tonight.!! Hi Brenda and everyone.. Just popping in to let you know that Freds sister Marilyn died yesterday, just as they were about to leave the caravan park to go home.. He got down in time to visit on monday night and she was lucid ,She had a bad turn overnight. Fred is so glad he got there in time to see her while she was able to recognise him and Liz as she slipped into a come on wednesday.. He will catch up with you next week when he can.. Love Mary xxx

hi brenda well I have just returned from a lovely afternoon the surprise tea for lindy went well, she was truly shocked and surprised and we had a good turn out, lots of talking and eating was done by one and all .Andrew gave a great speech he gave his wife a bouquet of roses and then surprised her mom and my self by presenting us with flowers for all the help we had given them over the last months.of course I had a little weep but then I get weepy at tv commercials. so all in all it was a great day. hope you are enjoying the bank holiday even though I have never met fred I have been thinking about him and his family at times in the day. bye for now dorothy
