Must have worried my parents. My sister slept in their bed and mum and dad took turns sleeping in her bed in our bedroom so I had someone with me all the time. |

My Grandma was 27 when she died of TB, my dad was in hospital with TB for nearly a year...we missed him so much :-( :-( |

Late 50s my uncle had TB and within weeks his daughter and my nan were all in the hospital with him. All survived I'm glad to say. |

A lot of people in the village died of TB when my Uncle contracted it, including the school teacher. :-( |

I've never had to have the TB injection because I'd come in contact with TB and my immune system had fought it off - I was asked if I was aware when so I assume it was due to being in contact with the 3 family members |
